Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SimpleAddon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of (or inability to use) the software, even if SimpleAddon has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, and the cost of recovering or reproducing data.

Nothing in this page is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

Support scope

Support is provided primarily for the latest release of an add-on for your Archicad version. If an issue affects an older release, we will also investigate it and provide guidance where possible.

Refunds

Purchases are processed via PayPal. Refunds can be requested at any time and are handled via PayPal. Refund processing is subject to PayPal’s rules and capabilities. To request a refund, contact support@simpleaddon.com or use PayPal’s refund/dispute process.
